Dogs not welcome on the patio – I only go to this coffee bean because of the large outdoor patio where I can bring my small dog (she's a 6 lb maltese). Last Sunday AFTER I had purchased my coffee and settled down with my book and my dog, the cashier came out and told me that they "no longer welcome dogs" and that I would have to leave the patio. Mind you, she's not a German Shepherd and there were no other dogs there at the time. Also, there are no signs posted. I would suggest leaving your dog at home and maybe getting coff... read more

Good Cold drinks – Great frozen/blended drinks... I like Peet's hot coffee much more... Overpriced..and I hope they recycle all of the plastic in which they serve drinks.

Cheap Bastards – As a coffee-lover myself, I have some words of advice. Stop being a cheap a**hole, buy yourself a coffemaker & shut the hell up. Otherwise, pay the price for the convenience of having your coffee made for you. But still shut the hell up. Get a life, move out of your mothers basement, & figure out something more constructive to do with your time.

Avoid Porter Ranch Ralph's Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – I live near the Porter Ranch Ralph's they newly installed a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I've been there on two occasions I have gone in and requested a regular light drip they have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about I have informed them that Coffee Bean has the following (light, dark, decaf, flavored) I found it to be much too strong. As a result I've been incapacitated the rest of the day it is not worth the $1.95 I have no intentions of returning back to the Coff... read more
