Adrian and Guadalupe were so helpful and friendly, they went way out of their way to be of assistance. They me so many things about The Bloc and things to do in DTLA and helped go over in detail their favorite coffees and snacks. They fully explained how the shots in the various drinks work and the milk and other things that go into it. The Power Up nuts Kind bar and cappuccino were really good. I have been going to the coffee bean here for the last year and I must say, it is my go to coffee shop. Wonderful product, pleasant employee, and peaceful atmosphere.
Centralized location. Parking is a bit of a problem depending on when you visit (this location shares a small lot with Walgreens)..Great place to take a meeting, meet a friend or grab a quick coffee. No long waiting time and clean.
Definitely not the place to pull in and grab coffee quickly because it's a very busy area with limited close proximity parking. But their service and coffee is worth it.
Really pretty location to have some coffee in the bustle of the city. Beautiful sitting area with lovely fountain and tons of seating.
I love Coffee Bean's iced mocha lattes. I wish there were more Coffee Bean locations because I actually like their coffee better than Starbucks but it's just not always convenient to go to this location. It can be hard to find parking especially on the weekends. The staff is always friendly and the manager, Ward, is so nice. Always clean and they are in top of orders.
A delicious black tea over ice to start my day. I am not a coffee drinker but their iced tea makes them a great place to drop by. The tea is very refreshing and hits the spot on a hot day.
This location is always very friendly and attentive, no matter how busy it is. They also make my favorite iced tea in town! I love that they will turn any of their delicious variety of teas into a refreshing iced tea when requested. The Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Green Tea is just as delicious iced! The Jasmine comes through and it isn't bitter so there's no need to sweeten it. So refreshing!
Consistently good coffee and I like that they have almond milk for lattes, unlike Starbucks. Good hot chocolate for the kids, too!
