Awful landlord. Always water and HVAC issues. They don’t take care of the grounds either.
The structure of the building is poor, the rental staff is unresponsive and when it rains it pours inside the building. In the five years of my lease I have always had water issues, in some cases the same water issue that has never been fixed.
This is a great place to live. Their are clean rooms and nice staff.
A great place to live! The apartments have a great modern feel, beautiful large windows, and are a great price for the area. Always get a great response for any maintenance issues I have too.
