I am visiting a tenant in the building often. The building is nice , well taken care of. Unit is spacious, bright. But why is the building scented outside????? Again, today as I was walking to building it was very noticable scent around the Noth - East corner of the building . The scent of course lingering up to her unit . I am visiting tenant in bldg often Nice. Clean bldg , well taken care of But why is this bldg scented around the back outside and lobby ??? Lemony/ airfreshner / sanitizer smell Some days very strong, last week no scent for a few days at all , and again yesterday lingering around back of bldg Why is this necessary ? Specially that they have tenant with severe chemical sensitivities
The building is very clean and well kept. Great location as well. We have been visiting friends for some time. Today we were coming by about 6pm Outside of the building there was a strong flowery/ lemony scent noticeable. It was a bit odd . The scent was much stronger in the whole lobby area. Cleaning or fragrances maybe both??? Clean does not smell no need for this at all. We had to hurry through as it was really too much and bothered us both. The concierge(supervisor) in the building is so rude and does not know how to speak to people and cotractors, he raises his voice to everyone, Please look into it, Thanks
