Reps seem annoyed when you explain your situation. Empty promises of a callback from an attorney are provided when ultimately, all you receive is a denial email. I'm NOT upset with their decision to not represent me. No, it's the person who I spoke with who tried to rush me off the phone and stated an attorney would contact me back to obtain more details. These people ask question but intake is rude as they the attorney. Get the run around
A lady called me today I'm assuming to get the details down for a potential case I have, after speaking with her for about 20 minutes I guess she got irritated by the way I was answering her questions and she hung up on me. At first I thought maybe it was a dropped cal but when she didn't call me back I knew she had hung up intentionally, very unprofessional. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere with some people with compassion and a genuine listening ear that won't talk over me.
