I’ve had a great 4 years until present with cooperators. Everyone that I’ve spoken with over the phone has been highly respected, well trained, if you need something it gets done right away no procrastination on their end. This company deserves more than just 2 star reviews. Recently had an unexpected claim, situation was handled perfectly 5/5

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Absolute WORSE insurance company I've ever had. This insurance company is a scam and should be shut down for mistreating their injured clients. IF YOU GET INTO AN SERIOUS ACCIDENT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO KEEP YOU SILENT. F&#@ COOPERATORS
I would say that she is the worst representative that I ever had to deal with. She was very hard to get ahold of & took forever to respond to any inquires I had. She often appeared to be preoccupied with something else & I could never get a straight answer. At some point, I had to ask the same question multiple times for I would often get conflicting answers. The worst experience you could possibly imagine. The rep I was assigned to didn't copy my phone number down correctly, in which When she did use the right phone number she left a very rude & unprofessional voice-mail and at the end of the message she slammed the phone. She was never tactful in returning calls/emails & it was always a challenge to receive complete/correct information from her. She also lost/misplaced my paperwork & blamed me.
