Very bad client retention service, i have been with them for over 5 years, but my insurance was only increased every month even after being an excellent driver with no negative record on file. When I told them I didn’t want the insurance they didn’t even bother asking why or if they could do something to improve. It’s sad to have been let go so easily after being so loyal for so long. Very sad I don’t recommend this agency
