Jordan was the one I had a few appointments with - she colored roots/cut my hair. She did a good job but exhibited a lack of customer focus when I tried to get a bang trim during the holiday season. I understand she is busy during this time, but a bang trim that takes 10-15 minutes (tops) is something that could have been "squeezed" in in order to be client-focused and accommodating.
