Horrible experience. They offered 620 and when they called to schedule pickup they changed the offer to 550 without notifying me. Not professional at all.

Very skeptical at first but it was a painless transaction. The people came and picked up the vehicle when they said they would and had a check in hand. I have already recommended you to two other people

All of the servicers were helpful, punctional and very polite. I got an offer, check and my car waspicked up all within 5 days of inquiring for aquote on my phone.
Submitted my vehicle info online.Received offer of $515.Offer increased to $580.Offer increased to $625."Offer has been updated based on the zip code update. The current high offer is $355."It seems that this company made a written offer without having all information they needed. Reneged on their written offer. This is not how business should be done.

After reviewing this issue, I believe my team made an unfortunate error. Here's what really happened as far as I can tell: When the seller entered their zipcode online our third party zip code decoder service that determines the city and state by zip code failed to decode. When this happens it defaults the state to Alabama, the first state alphabetically. This confused the agent so they asked the customer to confirm the zip code, which they did, but it showed Ohio.
