We were a party of 3 with reservations. Had one of the worst dining experiences possible. Arrived a little early, sat down and ordered our drinks - took forever to get. We were told that they were "slammed" on the other side. We placed our appetizer order which took over 30 minutes to arrive - we received one appetizer and I believe our other one went to a different table who had gotten their after us. What an awful experience. I’m visiting Palm beach and I came with my family who live across the street. The grill restaurant was packed, seemed like a party was going on. We were eating in the clubhouse which only had people at the bar when we sat down. We had reservations for 6:30 but arrived early at 6:20. Our waiter Michael came to take our drink order and never came back to take our food order or anything and the lady in training had to take our entree order. We sat down and for 10 minutes no water was served no menu I had to get up and tell the hostess then it took 45 minutes to get a sandwich you really have to do better This is my second time there since the new owners and the first time I had to send the food back to kitchen I will not be back but the restaurant is pretty
Excellent and service was great. Strawberry Shortcake was good. Consider adding a bit more cake to eat up the yummy coulis.
