I lived in this apartment for two years, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Maintenance was a joke — even the smallest repairs took weeks, sometimes longer. The HVAC system was broken for months during extreme weather, and despite multiple complaints, it took over 4 months. I don’t want to talk about the staff, they literally scream you. This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived. They have withheld our mail key for the entire time I’ve lived here. Which is illegal. The valet trash is never picked up on time, ours has sat in our hall for almost two weeks once. The WiFi is constantly going out (I mean for hours at a time), so if you work remotely don’t move here. And if you email and complain they never respond. I’ve sent in complaints, I’ve needed repairs in the apartment, the list goes on and on.
