My frnd’s car vandalised recently. Management literally doesn’t care about the safety! He paid 35 dollars per month for a parking. They don’t have Cameras and even he complained abt this, management simply ignored and said “YOU SIGNED YOUR LEASE WITH US!!!!”
I moved to the clubhouse last june, we didn have air in the summer months of last year and i guess my fingers are crossed until i can get the hell outta here in june. Hallways stay dirty, dog poop on side walks and in hallways, trash everywhere and very unsafe. Bums live in the hallways and they piss and dispose of used needles right under the stairs, cars broken into and towed on the regular every weekend..dont bother complaining u are wasting your time and evidently the people in the office dont know anything or anybody wh... read more

Do NOT move here!! My daughter and friend were recently robbed at gun point in the apartment parking garage. When the police arrived, they stated they are here too many times for this. The buildings doors are not secured. The parking garage doors do not work so anybody can enter the garage. Her roommates car was broken into while in the parking garage. This place is VERY unsafe! Management will not communicate with us. Not a word from countless emails, phone calls everyday to management and visits to the office. I have never... read more
