La atención por parte de la persona de recepción fue un poco agresiva y aunque ella hablaba español por que es del salvador (en su gafete lo decía) se hacía la que no hablaba español. Total le hablamos en inglés pero su forma de ser fue muy poco profesional. La señora que está en la barra de bebidas es muy amable, las instalaciones limpias y cuentan con regaderas. a long waiting time, but the staff was nice. The food was good but was not replaced fast enough for all the people in the lounge.
If I can put a one-star review, I will! Believe the bad reviews you see because that's what this place is about. There is discrimination. Lounges are helpful to people with disabilities. They may provide short term comfort before their stressful journey. Not this lounge, they will stress you out and treat you differently right at the front.
