Terrible. Plenty of seats however, their standard “waitlist” sign and process was still present. Had to wait 40 min and by the time, most people need to head off to their gate. Unnecessary and completely non-customer forward attitude.

Room was basically with no people, anyways we had to regirser and wait more than 20 minutes for no reason.
One of the worst lounges I have ever been to. Too small, often waitlisted, doesn’t matter airline status. You can be Oneworld emerald, priority pass, Alaska gold they just put on on a list for 30-40 minimum
Useless place, unnecessary waiting list. They don't want you to use it. Don't waste your time and energy on going all the way there.
