Always a comfortable and relaxing experience
You need a 'priority pass' card to enter. Amx platinum alone doesn't get you in, it's another card with an annual fee. Person at the desk was kind and informative.
I’d like to let you know how much I appreciate the kindness of Ray and Ben. When I realized that my purse had been taken from the bathroom across from the lounge, I requested to use Ray’s phone to play a sound on my iphone. Ray was very sympathetic and allowed me to do so. He also called the airport police for me. When Ben came to the desk the officer was asking me questions, but he was obviously not very sympathetic or urgent about the matter. Patrick was awesome! Great customer service. Small lounge for such a big airport. BWI, do better
This was hands down the worst lounge experience I’ve had — and that’s saying something. It’s honestly embarrassing for Capital One and Priority Pass members to be associated with this place. The only redeeming part? The incredible staff. Huge thanks to Patrick at the front desk for his professionalism and kindness, and to the bartender who was genuinely cool and welcoming. Beyond that, there’s nothing here worth remembering. Skip this lounge altogether.
