Great spot to relax. Food options limited. Bar is really good. Clean bathrooms and cafe machine make this a must stop when flying out of Buffalo.
A bit pricey 2 regional beers were 30 bucks
Living here, I have been to this lounge many times over the years. Today it was incredibly PACKED, hot and gross. They had several floor a/c units and it was still awful. I hope they address it. There was a waiting list to get in. This happens in large cities, but this is BUF. I’m disappointed.

Standard small airport lounge. There are a few food offerings, it has a bar. As with many priority pass lounges it can get pretty crowded. Central AC is out and looks like that has been the case for a while now, however they do have multiple portable units trying to keep up. They have drip coffee in a dispenser but the espresso machine is out of service as it was when I was here last summer. If you have a pass it's worth stopping in but I would never pay for access.
