Update 10/9: Much better experience the second time around. Food was delicious, if a little sparse. Serving area is difficult to navigate with more than 3 people present. Cold drinks are plentiful but placed below the coffee machine, which blocks access when someone is brewing a drink. Tables were clean, and staff were very pleasant and attentive. ---+ Crammed way beyond capacity, and the front desk is still letting people in despite one of the other staff suggesting they open a wait list. It’s literally a million degrees in here.
We always enjoy this Amex lounge. We fly a lot through the year and in and out of Buffalo a few times annually. We actually look forward to coming to the lounge on our departure, as the staff is always friendly and we rarely have to wait long to get in. If you're looking for a restaurant, this is not it... But if you want a place to sit before getting on a flight, with a few food and drink options, this does the trick. Sujivan (probably spelled wrong) assisted us with drinks this time and was great. Go Bills!

Clean facility, friendly staff especially the bartender. Nice selection of food. Entrance greeter was very helpful. Pretty big club for such a small airport
