If you like management doing monthly pop up apartment cleanliness inspections, management bullshit and rudeness, rent increasing every other month and ridiculous rules, then this place is for you! I dont think this place is worth it and by far the worst complex Ive ever lived. You have to wait and wait for the repair man to come fix your broken things, they give you attitude for it, blame the need for repair on you and make a record of everytime they have to come to your apartment to fix anything. very cheap rent if your willing to put up with the total BS rules that they decide to enforce on you all the time. Ive never EVER in my life had to deal with such retarded rules/guidleines in my life and the manager Gale is a HORRIBLEY mean/rude person even to tennants like myself that have ALWAYS paid thier rent on time for like the past 7 years of living here. i cannot WAIT to find another place to live cause this place is RIDICULOUS.i also got married and they said that my wife was NOT accepted because of some crap on her... read more
The manager, Vickie, told my daughter that her having a signed statement from her employer wasnt good enough to renew her lease. She had to show pay stubs. Which would be fine but thats not the rule AND she was told that if she found a new job that she wouldnt need pay stubs but for this one job they were needed.This month her rent is made out in check form.
