Has gone to limited hours from 5AM-12:30 PM and the lounge at gate 15 is limited due to too many passengers. This is not acceptable.
I'm convinced this lounge turns off the AC to make ppl early. It's so freaking hot in there. No food was refilled. And they started cleaning the restroom an hour before closing. So they adviced me to use the restroom outside the lounge. Go to the one at gate 15.
