Lovely staff, clean tables and lots of space to just relax and have a few bites. I entered with priority pass so didn't have to pay anything. There is a QR code you can scan to order some small bites and drinks and the food is served at your table. There are some soups, coffee and snacks available buffet style as well.
Super good service. They have employees that come and deliver the items that you choose on a QR scanned website. I really like this, since I've seen guests at other lounges take so much food and then just throw it out. This staff will bring a small portions of the food to you. Of course, one could order some more on the website if the portion was too little.
Worst experience so far. Very limited food options & manager was very rude in serving the bar orders. Seems like hospitality is not in their dictionary - i had invited guests over and made me feel embarrassed in front of them Refused to tell or give out additional info on food and drinks limit and saw her doing something with my boarding pass on way out. Weird! Suggestion to management: please be transparent to guests and be nice !!!!
Nice club. Not luxurious but very functional. Lots of power outlets. Decent food. Not busy when I was there on a weekday morning
