Sunday at 8:30ish. Only about half a dozen people in the lounge. Hot foods and bar drinks were not available for ordering so just basic continental breakfast items at the buffet. Fine for the free pass but not worth it for anyone who pays.
The lounge itself is ok, it offers a place to sit with free drinks and some snacks, which is fine for a short stay. However, my experience with the receptionist on The Club SJC A8 January 28, 2026, around 12 PM was very disappointing. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I briefly left my backpack on the couch where I was sitting while heading to the restroom. He loudly told me “No!” and insisted that I take my backpack with me, ordering me to pick it up immediately.I felt disrespected by the way he spoke to me. I ... read more
I am so appreciative that this club is here. Reggie was attending the bar today. He is so kind, personable , and has a real service mindset. I also feel comfortable flying out of San Jose after a stop in The Club.
My flight was delayed and then changed to be earlier. I saw this on my phone and rushed out of the lounge, leaving my purse. I ended up missing my flight and realized my purse was not with me. Reggie, the bartender had it and was looking for me outside of the lounge to give it back to me. I’m so grateful he had it for safe keeping and am very appreciative!
