Dan was so nice, and friendly! Such a wonderful atmosphere to spend for a layover. WELL worth the money. Absolutely incredible staff!

Some of the chairs could use replacement as they are very worn. Very limited food options but still enjoyed everything that was available.
Stayed at Club SJC A15 and was quite disappointed. There was hardly any food available on Sunday evening, and what was there was so little that birds were picking at it. On top of that, the coffee machine was broken. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not up to expectations. club sjc at A8 was closed too. hopefully they improve it.
Dan and team did a great job. Asked multiple times if we needed anything and were very attentive. Very impressed with the level of service.
