Upon entering Rosa was simply fabulous and greeted me with a warm smile making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Even after seating she continued to have a smile with others and pleasant. (Thanks Rosa). At the bar the pleasantry’s continued with Star providing service above and beyond what I would consider as normal. These are the little things that make your day better. Nicer seats than at the gates. The food quality has plummeted over the last couple of years. But then it seems to be less crowded than it used to be, so trade-offs. 🤷♂️

The seating is nice. Not too crowded I guess because of the food selection. The food selection is very limited and not that good. They give you tiny dish so you can have too much food. One time I arrived 1 hour before the closed and they already cleaned up the food. Drink selection is not that much comparing to other lounge. This probably the worst lounge I’ve been to and I’ve been to many.
