Lived here a few years back and never left a review, but when I moved in the carpet was partially torn up and old and was told they would be replaced when I moved out. The pad underneath was deteriorating and falling apart. I would constantly step on the tack strip in the door ways, and where the carpet would meet. I was on the first floor and the flooring from the hallway to the bedroom was fall in and can see the storage area and people if they were down there doing laundry. I tour with NANA the best everrrr... I really like the building and the APARTMENT...
I signed my lease about a month ago, a week before move in they call and say I can’t move in until September (a month later than i signed for) and that the place needs completed renovated because the person moving out has been there since 1974. Only offered 500$ compensation for the first month. A joke!!!😃
