Me and my partner lived here for a year but I was surprised of all of the bad reviews. It wasn’t that bad, no leaks, no bugs, no ceilings falling. Maybe people don’t take care of their apartment and things happened from it? Cause how does that happen especially in such short time. Unless the upstairs neighbor caused it. We lived on the top floor and we had a washer and dryer included. The photos can’t even show what a NIGHTMARE living here was. But not even illness and a YEAR and a half of BIRDS getting stuck in your fireplace and having to let them out in my apartment and fly around landing in my kitchen. Dropping other dead bird residue all over the place. Not even all that will let you out of your lease without penalty. REPEATED maintenance request about animals and water leaks etc were ignored by BH Management and the owners. A request for a leaky pipe went unfixed for a year. The leak was right next ... read more
It's a pretty good place to live they have some amenities you pay for that are unnecessary or waste of money like for trash service and alarm system
