If you love unusable kitchen sinks, and exposed, live wires ignored by maintenance for 5+ days, this is the place for you! Despite calling both maintenance, and the leasing office, and placing a work order through the AI chatbot, and leaving a voicemail via AI chatbot, nothing has been done. While the staff is personable, they are always from another location, which means no one has any information, ever. This leads to nothing getting resolved in a timely manner. Management is horrible. Maintenance don’t get to your request until you physically talk to them. You have to pay to park in your own apartment complex or they will give you a ticket.
Looking forward to moving in! We loved Brittany! The complex is very cute and inviting. We will feel good calling this place home.
