The renewal was very smooth and they were very helpful and polite!
!!WARNING!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have never written a review before and usually keep to myself about things but if I could put negative stars I would. I hope this saves at least one person from the mistake of living here. First off, the photos on the website look nothing like the actual apartments and is false marketing. The apartments are not well maintained and don't even get me started about all the secret add on fees. I don't normally post reviews but was pretty frustrated with my experience. I scheduled a tour and took the time out of my busy schedule to show up on time for my appointment. Upon walking into the office I was not acknowledged at all except for a quick glance in my direction. They were talking with another potential client which I understand, but there could have at least been some sort of "hello", "we'll be with you as soon as we can", etc. I sat there for 30 minutes before deciding this first impression was enough I neede... read more
As much as I appreciate the cleanliness of the apartments and the quiet neighborhood, the management just makes this place not worth living at. I pay $1700+ a month for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I don’t even know where to start. The day we moved in, they told us they they “hoped” our apartment was clean, we go in and there’s a dirty Q-Tip on the floor in our bedroom.
