They never in the office, never available when you need them. You signed the lease they give you the keys and then Goodluck even to drop the moving checklist you can't bevsuze the office is always closed! Overall I love my unit the complex
As much as I appreciate the cleanliness of the apartments and the quiet neighborhood, the management just makes this place not worth living at. I pay $1700+ a month for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I don’t even know where to start. The day we moved in, they told us they they “hoped” our apartment was clean, we go in and there’s a dirty Q-Tip on the floor in our bedroom. I would give this property zero stars if that were an option. My experience with this apartment complex was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to consider other options. From the outset, the unit was not move-in ready. There were several issues that should have been addressed prior to my arrival, which immediately raised concerns about the property’s standards. Bekah is wonderful and really easy going she was very kind and helpful and the apartment we looked at was very nice and clean very updated and spacious with an open floor plan. I didnt see any signs of infestations or any illegal crime mobs so I would say it's a very great property. I would leave 5 stars but I haven't lived there yet so I dont feel like I can yet leave a full 5 star review but I do look forward to a near move in!
