I tour with NANA the best everrrr... I really like the building and the APARTMENT...
I signed my lease about a month ago, a week before move in they call and say I can’t move in until September (a month later than i signed for) and that the place needs completed renovated because the person moving out has been there since 1974. Only offered 500$ compensation for the first month. A joke!!!😃
Apartments themselves are nice, but the staff is absolutely terrible. So many maintenance requests that are outright ignored and unresolved. AC went out for a week in the middle of the summer leaving my apartment well over 80 degrees. Was denied any sort of rent credit or deduction for the incurred loss. Additionally staff is outright disrespectful and rude. Maintenance themselves are great, if you can manage to get them out to your apartment, but that is a big if. After my neighbors made several attempts to attack my dog through the fence which I had repeatedly reported to the office after the woman next door scared my boys nose and during their last attempt the female neighbor actually made contact hard enough to split my dogs eye open I had enough and demanded they do something, they told me since my dog was the issue he needed to go. I never had a problem with the woman who lived there before them! She was great and our dogs often played through the fence.
