Once again Billy did a fantastic job! Bill is the best maintenance professional I have ever had, better than any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. He is always polite,informative, friendly and helpful he always fixes whatever the problem is and he always has a positive attitude. I’ve had multiple great experiences at The Club at Danforth! The pool is spacious, and the gym is absolutely gorgeous — it has everything you could need and more. The homes are roomy and comfortable, the residents are friendly, and the staff and maintenance team are always amazing and attentive. I also love the community events and food trucks coordinated throughout the month — perfect for days when I don’t feel like cooking or want to support local small businesses.
