Updated review, July 2025: In my initial review I mentioned the issues with the application process as well as the communication issues within the office at the time. The main issues were that they needed my W2, and 3 paystubs from me in order to do complete income verification on top of my boyfriend’s 2 paystubs, but that they asked for all these things in 3 separate interactions, delaying our application process. Billy is excellent
So my A/c went down early in the morning and I called maintenance and Billy came and fixed my a/c unit in a little less 2 or three hours anyways he fixed it and came back and changed filter and fixed pvc pipes and got up by noon, thanks my hat is off to the service so great. David a resident here.
Love living at the Club At Danforth. It’s an amazing Apartment Home Community. Friendly Staff, Leasing Agents to the Maintenance Team. And, so many amenities to choose from, swimming pool, gym, billiard table in the Clubhouse, pickle ball and volleyball courts, and outdoor grills too. The Community is pet friendly, including a dog park. All just 10 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend Club At Danforth to anyone considering living on Jacksonville’s Southside.
