the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived in, by far!!! moved out feb of '15, but trying to see if there is another available apt for me to come home to! The staff is very professional and the most friendly to their residents i've ever known. All requests i had, no matter how tough, were handled right away, always! Clean, well maintained apartments, and i would recommend this place to everyone in need of an apartment that really feels like home!
I absolutely LOVE living here. They have the sweetest office staff and they always accommodate to our specific needs! The maintenance staff is amazing and always on top of any work request I put in. Always a pleasant experience when I come in the office. I would recommend this community to anyone who's looking for an apartment home!
"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails."
Same happened too us. Final bill was just under $6000.00. Forgot about this place, then a week ago saw it on my credit report. Turns out the sued me and my ex, after we moved out. By law they sent the court papers to our last known address @ Coldwater, that they had the keys too. Shady people
After living there for a year and a half our final bill was $6,262.13. We got a call two weeks after we moved out, the manager said that we hadn’t given 60 days notice and that we had 1 more month left on our lease and said we were late - then threatened to sue us. I called them back several times to offer to pay for a months rent ($750) they said was due in order to fulfill the lease agreement – although none of the office staff could be bothered faxing or mailing us a copy of the last lease.
