I've really enjoyed living at The Clover. Great facilities, an incredibly responsive facilities team, and quiet apartments. I would definitely recommend.
We moved out of the apartment in mid-December due to the persistent noise problem. But now it's already mid-March, and three months have passed, yet we still haven't received the deposit check from the apartment. On the move-out contract, I clearly and precisely wrote my apartment number, but the leasing office didn't include the number when mailing the check and mistakenly wrote "hall" instead of "hill". I have repeatedly requested the leasing office staff to solve this issue through the app, but I haven't received a reply ... read more
The Clover is a great place to call home, beautiful luxury and affordable. I have been here over a year and have had the best experience. Anytime I have an issue, or question about anything the Management and Team has made my concern priority going over and beyond expectations with professional and caring attitudes. The Customer is definitely their main concern for an enjoyable and comfortable living experience. Thanks Lily, Diana, Bill and the whole maintenance team for exemplary support. Jennifer Robinson
We love living here. The apartment is really nice, all of the amenities are well maintained and clean. The maintenance staff ( Bill and Dylan) are great, they always quickly fix anything that comes up. The leasing office (Diana and Lily) has been a pleasure to work with as well. We like that they have events for the residents regularly, and all of my neighbors have been very nice. It truly feels like a community.
