For being my first place of residence ever in Missouri, this place has been amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone. Theatre room and hot tub are great.
I applied for a 3b2b apartment ($3300) at the Clover in St. Louis 2 weeks ago. All the application was online and I got email confirmation of every step as I filled out the application form. I paid the $360 application / admin fee. I didn’t get any response. I emailed them this weekend and was told that the apartment I applied for is rented out already. I've really enjoyed living at The Clover. Great facilities, an incredibly responsive facilities team, and quiet apartments. I would definitely recommend.
