We absolutely LOVE living here, and love our neighbors as they are friends. We don’t mind the nearby construction or noise, as it will be walkable development to the community/nearby areas to socialize etc. We have lived in THREE separate units here…. For being my first place of residence ever in Missouri, this place has been amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone. Theatre room and hot tub are great.
I applied for a 3b2b apartment ($3300) at the Clover in St. Louis 2 weeks ago. All the application was online and I got email confirmation of every step as I filled out the application form. I paid the $360 application / admin fee. I didn’t get any response. I emailed them this weekend and was told that the apartment I applied for is rented out already.
