I visited Clover today to see 1B1B apartment and was really impressed. The space itself is well-designed and comfortable, especially the public area and hot tub. The location is also incredibly convenient with Aldi and Paris Baguette nearby. Clover is definite a 10/10 among St.Louis apartments. But what truly made this experience stand out was Eboni Turner, the assistant property manager who gave me the tour. The Entire staff at The Clover on Olive boulevard, are extremely amazing. Always polite, courteous and willing to help. Karin is a top-notch office manager. And Mike is an extremely knowledgeable, professional maintenance man.
The building lacks proper sound insulation between floors. I hear my upstairs neighbor’s every step and I’m frequently woken by their pacing in the odd hours of the morning. Occasionally, the vibration moves so efficiently into my unit that it causes the doors to rattle audibly in their frames. Management has been unhelpful in rectifying the issue.
I lived at The Clover for approximately 1.5 years, and I absolutely loved it there. The building was always clean and secure, and it’s location is fantastic. It is just a short walk away from Aldi, Costco, the Brass Tap, Chevy’s, Revo cup, and many other stores and restaurants. Since I moved in, the property management team has been wonderful.
