I’ve had a great experience living at Clover Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. Management is professional, responsive, and always willing to help when something is needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference. The location is convenient and feels safe, and overall it’s a great place to call home. I would definitely recommend Clover Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and pleasant living environment.
This apartment building is SO cool! The aesthetics and ambiance are unmatched. I'd rent here just for the proximity to Costco and Aldis. But the finishes make it so worth it. Love it!
We absolutely LOVE living here, and love our neighbors as they are friends. We don’t mind the nearby construction or noise, as it will be walkable development to the community/nearby areas to socialize etc. We have lived in THREE separate units here…. Totally approximately 100k at this point. The 3rd unit took us almost 4 months to get into to take a look at. (A larger 2 bed) This place used to be spotless. More boutique- which we love.
