The Closet is the best resale store I've ever shopped in. I always find something great. My closet is filled with The Closet clothing! I recycled some of my stuff back and got a good deal on that too!

I absolutely love The Closet! Found so many great things while traveling through for work, reasonable priced with some great sale racks as well. Did I mention how awesome the owner and employee is? Well, they're great!
My experience as a consigner, was quite unfavorable. It sounds like it's a better experience, for the shopper. I told the owner when I consigned my items that the better things I didn't want to sell them for next to nothing. I notified the shop by text to take my better items off the rack before that were further discounted. She didn't respond. So my nicer items were sold for next to nothing.So someone got a good deal! It wasn't me.

I am very sorry that your experience was so unfavorable. After we spoke on the phone, you said you 'felt better', so I was surprised at this review. I didn't receive any text messages stating that you wanted to keep your better pieces, nor did I write anything on your contract (which I have done in the past). I apologize for any and all miscommunication. I am sure that we could have come up with a solution that would have made us both happy and avoid this whole situation. I absolutely loved it,definitely a place that will be revisited by me, many times, the beautiful purses, and a whole array of shoes, clothing, scarves and jackets, and jewelry, I'm sure you'll find it one of your favorite places to stop and shop...like I have, along with many others I'm sure...
