Kim was wonderful to work with as always.
Very frustrating experience on an investor transaction. Despite clear public records and no competing claims, this title company applied excessive scrutiny and unnecessary delays, ultimately allowing the contract to expire without providing a workable path forward. The handling of the file raised concerns about consistency and practicality in their underwriting approach. Not a good fit for investor, wholesale, or inherited property deals where efficiency and sound judgment matter.
Kim is wonderful to work with. She is organized, efficient, and very professional.
