Rayal Blackman came on a Saturday to fix a hot water problem. He was friendly, helpful, and solved the problem after other people could not. Thank you so much.
The absolute worst. A true safety hazard. We signed a lease for our college daughter in what was a doorman building. Fast forward the doorman was eliminated shortly after she moved in. The building was doing construction and had all entry doors open with no security whatsoever-full access to anyone. The package room is always full so deliveries are thrown in the hallway-my daughter has had packages stolen since there is no security now whatsoever. The Good: My apartment was beautiful and spacious - hardwood floors and a nice old school feel. There are a few permanent staff members at MAC properties (Ruth) who are helpful Seasonal changes to the entryway decor The Bad: This apartment is unsafe and borderline uninhabitable. The heating is nowhere near up to state code, my apartment was frequently in the 50s and I was told there was nothing that they could do, and that I should use my clothes to pad the windows The water quality is additionally unsafe.
