Friendly helpful with lots of diversions Just been here few months and still getting my sea legs There are some weird folks but vast majority are with it Short on intellectual heft as far as I am concerned but this is an initial impression and will have to get acquainted with many more residents but I am introverted so do take the intellectual heft statement with a grain of salt Overall very satisfied
I had the awesome responsibility to serve this community for the past eight months. Each and every person holds a special place in my heart. Unfortunately life is leading my family and me to a new place with new adventure and opportunities. I am taking pieces of memories and great times with me, that are stored in my heart. These treasures will be with me the rest of the days of my life. I wish each and every person the best success that the world has to offer. Respectfully Jeff Floyd

great people great place everyone is so friendly and nice
We spent Hurricane Matthew at the Cloisters. My mother, Carolyn Slaydon, and my MIL, Mary Dean, both live there. The staff was excededingly accomodating and gracious to us. We weren't thrilled when the power went off and stayed off for about three days, but they couldn't be held accountable for that. Even Florida Hospital DeLand was without power for the same number of days. Once they found cooler accommodations for my mom, we went home.
