Better call ahead!!! I just went there and when I walked in, her and her client just stared at me. After a few seconds, she said it'll be a 1/2 hour or nothing until after 1, which is fine. It is what it is. I just felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I won't be back.
Kim always knows exactly how to make me feel like a rockstar! Her haircuts are on point even from a photograph. Just love her!
