My family and I had been a patient here for years. However since the practice has been sold it has gone down hill! At this point shut the whole office down! Horrible will no longer be a patient at this office!
The place looked a mess. The walls were peeling and it literally looks like a construction site. Front desk need better training. Called over the phone and the woman that answered gave me FALSE information. Wasting my time. Specifically verified during my call if they did physicals for the age of two in which she told me they did. Gathered her information and everything along with her date of birth. I don’t recommend doctor E harless , she wants to tell my husband that she doesn’t wanna step on any toes but he might have gotten a uti from his wife. I’m currently 4 months the pregnant ( I get checked every single time at my doctors office ) and you don’t know our partnership. That was very disrespectful to say and then try to cover it up with saying we’re going to go with you just sitting to much at work. This is very unprofessional. Reminded me of squatters. The place was a disgrace. Drywall was peeling holes in the wall baseboards needed painting. The medical equipment was old it was pathetic. I was shocked at how rundown in need of new remodeling the office needed.. worst medical facility I have ever been at.
