Worse facial ever! I got to the Temecula location at 940 for My 10am appt. There’s no one in the front to greet you, but there’s a bell to request service. I ring the bell as soon as I get there and have a seat at 10:05 I rang the bell again. I finally get helped a few minutes later, They don’t offer water or tea, show you were the restroom are or review the medical paperwork I had just completed. We get to the room and There’s an undressed black looking chair that extends to form a bed. There’s no sheets or blankets to lay ... read more

I highly recommend for acne/dry skin! I purchased the Groupon for acne facial + microdermabrasion and was able to make an appointment easily online. The price was spot on so that obviously attracted me, but have been wanting to try something different for my skin. The clinic is a room within Renova Spa to make things easier when you arrive. Although quiet, I enjoyed the lady who did my facial (never got her name). She made feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process (about 45min).
