Unfortunately, my recent experience with THE CLINICA- MIDTOWN was extremely disappointing compared to my previous review. The level of customer service has declined significantly, and the attitude toward clients has become unprofessional and condescending. Kayla burned my eyebrow while giving me a M22 treatment. She knew the fact that she burned my eyebrow, and when I point it out to her, the first thing she said was “So you wanna have an unibrow?”. No apologize at all, she tried to avoid taking the accountability and was really rude to brush me off. Please avoid booking appointments with Kayla if you don’t want any accident and careless service. I personally will never give her a second chance to touch my face again.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this place. On two separate occasions, I booked an appointment, received both a confirmation email and a calendar invite, and showed up on time — only to be told there was no record of my booking. Each time I was asked to reschedule and come back another day. It’s disappointing to see such poor coordination and communication, especially after confirming everything in writing.
