Unfortunately, my recent experience with THE CLINICA- MIDTOWN was extremely disappointing compared to my previous review. The level of customer service has declined significantly, and the attitude toward clients has become unprofessional and condescending. During one visit, my credit card was taken and its details were written down on a note and left on the desk, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious security concerns. Kayla burned my eyebrow while giving me a M22 treatment. She knew the fact that she burned my eyebrow, and when I point it out to her, the first thing she said was “So you wanna have an unibrow?”. No apologize at all, she tried to avoid taking the accountability and was really rude to brush me off. Please avoid booking appointments with Kayla if you don’t want any accident and careless service. I personally will never give her a second chance to touch my face again.
