Super weird experience at the Yonge location… I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and nobody was anywhere to be found. After waiting 10 minutes I called the phone number and spoke to someone who said they must just be upstairs and will come get me when they’re ready. Another customer came in while I was waiting looking to purchase a product. I told her somebody will hopefully come soon but she had left before anyone arrived.
