Went in today to the American Fork location as a new patient to be seen. After registering they told me it would be $100 for my first visit because I have a high deductible plan. My plan has a $35 copay for sick visits. She told me the $100 might be because they have so many people only come one time - or maybe it's your service :) I told her that was a deal breaker for me to be financially punished for my first visit.
