The best pharmacy in Surrey! They always have everything ready when you need it or they will call to let you know they need more time.
The receptionists can't understand English...my Mother went here the morning of November 28 and first receptionist says to the Indo Canadian Receptionist that she can't understand my Mother. My Mother has been in Canada for 45 years and her English is good. My Mother stated her name and the time of her appointment which the first receptionist asked for. I've had nothing but positive experiences from all the staff at this clinic, including the receptionists. Big props to Dr Le Roux! He's attentive, caring, and works with me on any health issue. I had to find another family doctor after mine left her practice. It was a 4 year wait until I found Dr Le Roux. Worth the wait!
This clinic is fine only if you’re perfectly healthy and basically don’t need them. The moment you actually require real medical care, everything falls apart. When you’re vulnerable, you’re met with dismissiveness, misleading explanations, and behaviour that feels like gaslighting rather than healthcare. If you have anything even slightly serious going on, do yourself a favour and go somewhere that will actually treat you with honesty and competence.
