The receptionists can't understand English...my Mother went here the morning of November 28 and first receptionist says to the Indo Canadian Receptionist that she can't understand my Mother. My Mother has been in Canada for 45 years and her English is good. My Mother stated her name and the time of her appointment which the first receptionist asked for.
