Avoid this place – Poor maintenance and predatory move-out practices I lived at The Cliffs for two years, and it was a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. DO NOT RENT HERE, Maintenance is Lazy and The Apartment take NO responsibility for almost anything, this summer I had to fight the apartment because My Girl and My 1Year old were stuck in the apartment at 80+ degrees because they Constantly told me my “AC Worked” fine… they would not give me a window unit unless my AC was completely out. There is a hole in balcony that was brought to their attention 6 weeks ago. This has not been taken care of. Now there are squirrels eating through my apartment cupboard wall. I placed a work order for this too. I have talked to the building manager and a person with Lindsey Management. They are throwing their hands up saying I have to wait until they can get a squirrel guy in. Mind you the property manager was giving me attitude in front of all of her staff, in her office hiding. Get renters insurance. The apartment flooded (not from us) it backflowed into our apt, they didn’t replace the carpet. Upon moving, they charged $430 for carpet replacement. Went to pick up a jacket that was accidentally sent to old address. Talked to new tenant she said they didn’t replace the carpet.
