There is a hole in balcony that was brought to their attention 6 weeks ago. This has not been taken care of. Now there are squirrels eating through my apartment cupboard wall. I placed a work order for this too. I have talked to the building manager and a person with Lindsey Management. Decent apartment complex, but the walkways, landscaping and parking areas are not maintained. Probably not good for wheelchair access. Hard enough for a light weight stroller. During the winter months the walkways are covered in ice and not cleared or prepped with salt by maintenance. Definitely not ADA compliant. Also, dog poop is everywhere. Sidewalks, common areas, doorways, playground. I know management isn’t responsible for that, but they should be responsible for giving fines to repeat offenders. Super unsanitary. If t... read more
A more affordable community with very basic layouts and amenities. The area was once heavily wooded, so if you have pets, expect to encounter ticks and fleas frequently—they can easily make their way into your home. On a positive note, maintenance is surprisingly responsive and addresses issues promptly.
We paid a pet deposit of 300$ and a security of $200. Which was a grand total of $500. Got a thing in the mail saying I owed them close to 200$. However, they failed to include the pet deposit and only included the security. When I called all I got was "call corporate". Um, NO. You can SEE I gave you adequate payment and you're trying to scam us? No thanks.
