Amazing
I went with my 8 year old and dog. The place is nice and not too big to get worried about too many people. The views are amazing. The service staff are the friendliest I have ever experienced. Close to the pier and other activities. We had a great time. I felt safe and welcome. Would definitely go back again
Very nice hotel at the cliff. Great location, nice staff. Very comfy beds! Bathroom was pretty small, drinks pricy. Book room with garden or sea view!
We usually spend a few days at The Cliffs each year. We always enjoy the staff and great location between Avila Beach and Pismo Beach. As well as close to SLO. This last visit however we were blown away by how very hospitable and friendly the staff was. Each and everyone we came into contact with greeted us with a smile and friendly hello. The staff there has always been good, but this visit they were great! Someone is doing something right with training and motivation - it's clearly working! Can't wait to go back!!
