The office is impossible to get in touch with. Whenever I wanted to ask a question, I had to call 6+ or email 3-4 times for any response. There is dog poop and pee randomly throughout the halls and parking structure; you almost become immune to it. Packages and mail are "lost" at least once as well. Last summer, the pool was closed for over 1.5 months due to glass, and an email was sent threatening if it happened again, they wouldn't reopen it for the season.
