The Cleaning Ladies have been cleaning our home for over 3 years now and they are awesome. We've had many different cleaning techs, and they are always very nice, punctual and do a great job. Today's tech was Dianna. She was very thorough. Her attention to detail was outstanding. We have dogs and she cleaned the carpeted stairs until you couldn't see one hair! I had emailed the cleaning ladies for a quote on a deep clean BUT the only things I wanted deep cleaned was the kitchen, (it’s a small kitchen) which included the cupboards inside and out, microwave, I did NOT want the over/stove cleaned or the fridge. And floors also did NOT need to be done. 1 full bathroom, with tub/shower and 2 small powder rooms. I was quoted 622.00 plus HST keep in mind I even sent them pics of the kitchen as it’s small. We decided to try out a different cleaning service as we weren't all that happy with the one we had. The intake phone call with the Cleaning Ladies was super easy, but very thorough, as they wanted to ensure they understood what mattered most to us in terms of cleaning. I had the cleaning ladies clean my home a few years ago and was always satisfied. I left for cheaper services and went private, but quickly had to return. You definitely get what you pay for! This team does their job well, the technicians are professional and trustworthy. I allow them in my home when I am not present. If I have a concern, I call and it’s quickly resolved.
