I can't say enough great things about The Cleaning Guy!! From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. The team arrived on time for pick up and delivery and was incredibly professional. My carpet was an expensive purchase, 100% wool about 5 years old. The Cleaning Guy clearly has culture of responsiveness, customer care and ethical quality practices. From, booking to paying the invoice, they ensured that my every need was met. On site, William was a thoughtful and respectful professional. He was fast, thorough and a terrific company representative. No question that I will continue to avail myself of their services for furniture and rug cleaning. Allison was a terrific and delightful assistant.
