They did work in my house about 2 weeks ago.. I was not satisfied with their work.. Julie, the manager said she will send their staff again to re do their work again but it never happened.. I called them several times but they never called me back... poor customer service and poor performance ... the pictures are after they did the cleaning.. the guys said .. it’s still wet so you won’t see the difference yet.. but several days after still looks the same before they cleaned
I had The Cleaning Group come to clean my carpets prior to moving out of a rental. I was able to confirm the price and appointment via text; the price was fair and a discount was available. Everything went as planned and I got my security deposit back after moving out. I’ll be using them again if needed!

I called the morning of for 1 of my rooms to be cleaned due to dog vomit they djdnt have any openings but the owner called back within minutes and was at my house in no time! treated my carpet and then cleaned it and it now looks brand new! a carpet I was talking about ripping up now looking as good as new! thank you The Cleaning Group! highly highly reccomended!
Just had The Cleaning Group come out to clean our rugs. They were extremely professional and affordable! I highly recommend them to everybody!!! I will be having them come back and do the rest of the house next week.
