I purchased the move-in heavy duty cleaning. I was pleased with their work on the first half of the job which included the master bedroom, master bath, bedrooms, and bathroom. They were detailed and thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Unfortunately, less effort was put into cleaning the second half of the job which consisted of the living room, kitchen, basement, basement bathroom, and laundry room. Avoid this company at all costs. Ruined our brand new floors, said they would provide refund, and then stopped returning calls.
