Work at subway in same shopping center they people they have working for them come thru parking lot almost hitting cars and customers explically the one that drives the Mazda 3

They are very unprofessional. I had an appointment that I waited two weeks four; only to receive a text message prior to the appointment stating they had to reschedule. Not even a phone call. I would never call them or use their services ever.

So first off. The ladies that have done my cleaning have done a spectacular job. They have always been great but the management leaves a lot to be desired. I’m very easy to work with as I’m retired and can easily be home when they come to clean. We have scheduled Wednesday as our day but never know what time. I have to call the morning of the cleaning to get a 2 hour time frame. I tried calling the afternoon before but I was told a manager would call with the time. I was really excited about having The Cleaning Authority in my life, and I loved their rotation schedule. My first clean was amazing, but that’s where it stops. My second clean was supposed to be the second initial deep clean with the living areas detailed. The people that came (who were very nice) didn’t even realize it was still part of the initial deep clean, and when I told them it was, they called for extra hands (again very nice). Excellent attention to detail - from folding the TP into a point (like a nice hotel) to mopping the floor behind them on their way out the front door, they don’t miss a thing. Friendly, thorough and reasonably priced... I highly recommend Dennis and his team! I’m so happy I found them!
