This is the first time I have hired a cleaning service and was a little nervous about it! The Cleaning Authority put all my worries at ease. I was very impressed with the intake process, and the team who has been assigned to clean my house (Angelina and Nancy) are doing a beautiful job. I've had a couple of different teams from Cleaning Authority and they have all done a terrific job. Anavelia and Yanet did a great job earlier in the month, and so did Yuris and Patricia (who are my more "regular" housekeepers) a few days ago. Their hard work is appreciated! Considering we are still doing some home renovations, their ability to be flexible with what we have going on is a good thing.
I have been using The Cleaning Authority for so many years, I can't recall how many! Possibly 10. I get every other week housecleaning. They come in while I am at work. Always reliable and trustworthy! Communication is excellent. My two cleaning professionals are Lorena and Gaby! They do a great job! Even leaving folded corners on my toilet paper! Just like a hotel! Can't recommend this group more! A++
I am very pleased with the team that cleans my home bi-monthly (Debora and Dorina). They are always on time, thorough and professional. Overall I continue to use the Cleaning Authority for over 3 years because their pricing is works well for my budget and they are flexible when I need to cancel or re-schedule my bi-monthly appointments.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish we had done more research before hiring this fraud of a company. Right now, I have no reason to think that this cleaning business is nothing but a front to steal things from your home. The "cleaning crew" came on the week following Thanksgiving, we were first-time customers. They made a big show and had a manager out to "evaluate" the progress.
