If I could give zero stars I would. We scheduled an initial appointment for them to clean my mom's home. I left work early (from downtown) to get there. The person never showed up. We called and understand things happen so set up a second visit. Again left work early and again and they person never showed up the second time! No calls nothing - just never showed up. ZERO STARS! I was happy to start a bi-weekly service. First clean was great. Second clean and I received a handwritten note that one of the lady's broke a glass jar - ok not the biggest problem in the world. But they left glass pieces in the sink in the bathroom. Not only that, but my husband and I travel for work so when I came home after that second clean about half the lights were left on for multiple days. Called for an estimate. They were very polite and friendly. I found out they are under New Management. Todd the office manager called me up to set up first cleaning. They sent team 5. Let me tell you they did an incredible job. My wife was very happy. The second time I had a different team, they did a great job as well. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the West Chicago / St Charles area.

I hired the cleaning authority out of West Chicago, IL for a biweekly cleaning, and discontinued service after one visit. I was so excited that day, knowing I was coming home to a clean house. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I came home from work and it looked exactly how I had left it. The team of two were in my house for about 45 minutes, and the only thing they cleaned right were the toilets.
