We have had this service for more than 14 years. Always gave good service. Very reliable and trust worthy.
The maids that come usually do a good job. However, it is a rare occurrence to have the same two person team come back on consecutive cleaning days. Often times as they are people who have never been in my home things have to be repeatedly explained. The bigger problem is the company is unreliable. This morning they called and said that they are short staffed because they have a number of people out sick. I can understand that this can happen. This was my first cleaning with the Cleaning Authority. The team was professional, thorough, and efficient. Taylor and Jenna met my expectations for the standard of cleaning I expected. I am very happy with my choice to hire them and would recommend them.
