After receiving a quote from the owner, Mr. David Villa, after he went through the home and told us there should not be a problem with anything except for maybe the beam in the room with the vaulted ceiling; and the first two cleanings would be the deep cleans (a little higher in price) and that all "nick knacks" would be wiped down, we accepted.
