The women who clean my house are extremely well trained. They are thorough, meticulous and pay attention to detail. I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed.
I have never had a house cleaner before and was very excited for this "luxury" to begin. This company made it nothing but a headache and hassle and I regret ever wasting the time and money. I loved their proposed methods at first.. green, detailed cleaning, but unfortunately that is not what I received. I paid extra money for the first two deep cleans and the second visit we had medication stolen from our bathroom. Have been happy with the different teams that have come to clean. I settled on 2 that I really liked & requested them to come & was told they would be more then happy to accommodate me. I needed my house clean after having construction done. The house was cleaned by 2 woman who did a fabulous job. I left them alone for a few hours and they were on their knees cleaning my bathroom floor when I returned. I plan on using The Cleaning Authority now on a weekly basis.
Had my house recently cleaned by The Cleaning Authority of Delray Beach and Boca Raton office. My home never looked so good. It was spotless and detailed likes the owner said it would be. I liked that the company is insured and bonded so I am not letting anyone into my house.
The owner of TCA is extremely professional and wonderful to work with. He truely wants to make you happy. However the cleaning its self was not as good as I would have liked. My shower was still not clean clean after 3 visits. I do however recommend them Very professional and will work with you on your needs. I just think my needs were more than is generally provided.
This is the worst cleaning company ever. Cathy charges way too much for it to be cleaned and says its to pay her girls. She keeps most of the money and they only get 10$ of it. She is the most awful, nasty, money scamming boss ever. She shits her workers out of there money and hours. She calls and texts them and rushes them through every house.
