Horrible service and horrible customer services. I tried to give the cleaning authority a several chances and still every time I had an issue they were never fixed. We have has issues where mirrors were not clean, vanity not wiped down, dresser not wipe down, items being moved and thrown back up on the dressers not even in the place they were originally at. Unfortunately I called this business for cleaning and it's my fault for not first checking to see the BBB rating. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Ms. ******* hired The Cleaning Authority to perform a one-time-only move out clean. When the team arrived, they should have called their manager so that Ms. ******* could be informed we would not be able to clean the home. The home was roach infested (live bugs crawling everywhere), and many of the areas she wanted to be cleaned were completely damaged due to years of water leakage, which caused rot and mildew. The team did as much as they could to clean the areas of the home that were not damaged. We should not have entered... read more
