I used this service for more than a year and my two main housecleaners were great. Recently they added a new person and she stole my mom's hospice pain killers. The owner's response was "that's too bad but they're is nothing we can do". I filed a police report and they still plan to use this woman for cleaning. Do not use them!! Most of the cleaners are great but they are obviously not vetting new employees.
Alexis and Gili showed up right on time this morning and did a super job cleaning my house. I appreciate their skills and hope to see them again for the next cleaning!! Go Team 11!!! Peter Scott
Team 9 is friendly, punctual and efficient. They do an excellent job and the house is a pleasure to come home to. Dog-friendly, too!
Cross posting on multiple platforms because my experience was so awful. After packing most of my parents house in Spicewood Texas, I hired the cleaning authority for a deep clean. If they would have done even a standard cleaning job I would give them 3+ stars ⭐️. Unfortunately they did a horrible job. Simple things tasks like vacuuming and cleaning the tile floors were not done well. Mind you, there are two dogs who also live at the house. Honestly, I couldn't imagine a worse experience with a company. Our first clean was wonderful. After that, things went downhill quickly. Many of our things were broken, and hidden throughout our home, so we wouldn't notice. Things on desks were vacuumed up and taken. The areas we paid to have "deep cleaned" weren't even vacuumed.
