Daniel and Rosibel again did an outstanding job cleaningbour home. Last month I was unable to remove some cobwebs and we tried with a ladder. No luck. This time Dania remembered to bring an extension so they could reach the high ceilings. They got it all! Thank you, Team #1, for all you do!!🙏🩷Â
I cannot say enough wonderful things my cleaners from the cleaning authority. Tyler has been coming throughout the last six months, and I rest assured that we will be completely satisfied before they leave.  You’re missing out on good service from Tyler and crew!!Â
Company has good communication as to when they will arrive. good follow up by supervisers. Workers are efficient and respectable. The one thing I would ask for is that one of the workers speaks english if you do not spesk spanish. Would recommend. My team today was team Teme 10. Fabiola, Sara, Anolrea and FernandaÂ
I used The Cleaning Authority for a little over 2 years. At first, it started out well. I met with Gary the owner and sales person and we mapped out a specific plan for my home. The problems arose in that the Cleaning Authority has a rotational method of cleaning that does not reflect the services Gary and I agreed to. I used this service for more than a year and my two main housecleaners were great. Recently they added a new person and she stole my mom's hospice pain killers. The owner's response was "that's too bad but they're is nothing we can do". I filed a police report and they still plan to use this woman for cleaning. Do not use them!! Most of the cleaners are great but they are obviously not vetting new employees.Â
Alexis and Gili showed up right on time this morning and did a super job cleaning my house. I appreciate their skills and hope to see them again for the next cleaning!! Go Team 11!!! Peter ScottÂ
Team 9 is friendly, punctual and efficient. They do an excellent job and the house is a pleasure to come home to. Dog-friendly, too!Â
