In ;20 yes, with TLC my bed was never changed for some reason today they decided to unmake my bed which is already made up and make it up again. That’s my only disappointment because my bed I like the sheets tight and they did not do that.
Team 11 (Lesly and Loli) are amazing!! These wonderful women arrived at my house with smiles and ready to jump into action. I have been a client of The Cleaning Authority for a few years, and I greatly appreciate the professional and kind staff every time they visit!
Very disappointed with this visit. Cleaners rushed through house and missed key areas. None of the trashcans in bedrooms and bathrooms were emptied; tub and floor in masterbath not cleaned thoroughly; automatic soap dispenser knocked over and left on floor with batteries scattered. This experience deviates from other cleanings and I tip them through Zelle. But unfortunately, not this time.
I had a different team yesterday because I was rescheduled due to the weather the week before. I can’t tell you their names because they did not sign their names on the service form. They were efficient and I very much liked the fact that they vacuumed with the nozzle in areas on the floor that the upright vacuum could not maneuver.
