I have used The Cleaning Authority for over 4 years and with the exception of a poor cleaning occasionally I have had no issues until Monday December 2nd 2019. Almost immediately after the girls left I noticed some of my prescribed medication (narcotic) was taken. I know for fact it was taken because I took some at noon and then again at 4 pm and noticed it right away. The girls left my house approximately 3:20 pm. We had team #8 last week. They were very personable and conscientious They went about their work efficiently and did an excellent job in all areas as outlined on the rotation sheet.
Debbie has been cleaning my house for probably ten years, and I am very pleased with her work.She is always very pleasant,on time, and adaptable and open to adjusting changes. Most of all she is extremely honest, and does a great job!
Conned on price starts low then says first two cleans need to be deep and higher price. One crew ok second crew were out of house after one hour. Unreliable scheduling. Would certainly not recommend this firm.
